Nick McCoy

Coach
10 Years Experience
Wrestling isn't just a sport; it's a lifelong passion and a way of building character. With 34 years on the mat as a competitor and a coach, Nick brings deep expertise, having been a WV Regional Champion and State Placer before wrestling collegiately at WV Tech. As a coach, his mission is clear: to leverage the sport of wrestling to instill hard work, discipline, and mental toughness in the next generation. Nick shares this passion with his biggest fans; his wife, Taylor, and their two young sons, Tucker (8) and Kyzer (5), who are active youth wrestlers themselves.

Coach
21 Years Experience
Coach Miller started wrestling in 1986 and hasn't looked back. In high school, he podiumed at the state tournament twice and qualified for nationals multiple times.
Coach Miller began coaching in 2004 and has been active on the youth, middle school, and high school levels. He has helped multiple high school state champions and state medalists achieve their goals.
Coach believes that wrestling success is deeper than athletic success. More than champions, he wants to help build confident, assertive, dignified, and resilient youth who can face the world head-on!
Josh Fry

Coach
20 Years Experience
A dedicated family man, married to Odessa Fry, and proud father of four children: Trenton, Sawyer, Tucker, and Skylynn. His passion for wrestling ignited in junior high, even though Logan Central didn’t offer the sport. He was fortunate to train under the legendary Tim McCoy, the head coach at Logan High School. Joshua's love for wrestling flourished throughout high school, and he later attended Concord University, where he played football. After returning to Logan, he became the head middle school wrestling coach, eventually taking on the role of head coach at Logan High School. During his tenure, he coached an AAA State Champion and several state placers. Though he shifted careers after retiring from coaching, his enthusiasm for wrestling remained strong. With three sons who are successful youth wrestlers, Joshua has stayed involved by coaching at Chapmanville Youth Wrestling. His mission as a coach is to empower his athletes, instilling discipline, structure, and mental toughness that transcend the mat and shape them for life.
